Classic Mineiriana

Our primordial cachaça, the Classic Mineiriana (Mineiriana Classica) is made by following the secular rules of the distillery art of Minas Gerais, with the slow dripping of the pure honey of the sugarcane. The Classic Mineiriana reflects the terroir of Ipoema. The aroma is sweet, herbal, fresh, referring to the serene cold mornings of our winter.

Mineiriana Oak (Mineiriana Carvalho)

The darling of the portfolio, awarded as the fifth best Brazilian cachaça in the Premium / Extra Premuim category on the IV Ranking Cupula da Cachaça (2020/2021).  The process of creating this beautiful cachaça begins by the storage of silver cachaça in jequitiba barrels. Then a portion of that drink goes into American oak barrels. Another part is directed to European oak barrels. After two to three years of maturation, Ana Marta inspects the barrels and makes the blends between the two parts, obtaining the best of each wood.

The balance, the comforting sweetness and the complexity of aromas and flavors of Mineiriana Carvalho have already been sung in verse and prose by experts and connoisseurs.

The peculiar sweetness that brings the Amburana– this so Brazilian wood– makes the experience of drinking the Mineiriana Amburana a moment of rare comfort.

Sweet, maternal, but by no means cloying, the Mineiriana Amburana always brings, in the background, the presence of the characteristic spice of the jequitiba wood. This is because Mineiriana Amburana spends at least one year in jequitiba´s barrels before  maturing  for two years in umburana barrels at the Licuri farm´s distillery. This path brings to the cachaça multiple layers of aromas and flavors. It is a quite comfortable, easy to drink and very tasty cachaça.
